Hinamatsuri is a traditional Japanese event in March to celebrate girls’ health and prosperity with dolls of a male and a female couple with traditional Japanese clothes.  This time, we will make our own dolls with materials available in Sweden.  Join the event to celebrate all children!

Date and Time: March 10th, Saturday 15:00−16:00（tentative)
the venue opens from 14:45

Place: Ost: Östasiatiska museet (Tyghusplan 4, Skeppsholmen, Stockholm)　ATELJÉ DRAKEN

The event is mainly for children who can use scissors but everyone is welcome!
Up to 15 people, first come first served bases.

For registration, please send a mail to japanskaforeningen@gmail.com with a title ”2018HINA” with information for membership number, name of participants, age, gender, name of parents and contact information.

Fee: Free of charge for members of the Japanese Association in Stockholm. 20 kr. for non-member (payment on the day)

Please note, there is no ”fika” or drinks prepared. Please bring it by yourself.

Japanese Association in Stockholm is also recruiting volunteers for the event. If you are interested to help us, please send a mail to japanskaforeningen@gmail.com with a title 2018HINA Volunteer.  Volunteers needs to be able to speak Japanese and the time for activity is 12:00-16:30.
