The Japanese Society in Stockholm is planning to organize following SHOGI events in September. Please register your participation with Mr. Ryotaro Suzuki by sending an E-mail to : ryotaro.suzuki@mofa.go.jp

1. Introduction to SHOGI (= a lecture-demonstration of SHOGI for beginners)

Anyone who is interested in the game of SHOGI is welcome!
Instructions will be done in Japanese, but can be followed up in English if required.
Please bring your own SHOGI board and pieces if you have them.

Date and time：September 7th (Friday) 17:00 – 18:30
Place：The Japanese Society’s storage place, Bergsgatan 3 (Kungsholmen)
Participation fee：member 20kr, nonmember 40kr
Transportation to Bergsgatan 3：
・Subway Blue line, Rådhuset station, 3 minutes to walk from exit-Parmmätargatan.
・Blue buss 3, Kungsholms kyrka, 2 minutes to walk.

2. SHOGI CAFÉ (= practice and improve your skills to play SHOGI)

Date and time: September 16th (Sunday) from 14:00 – 18:00
Place: Cafe Ritorno（Odengatan 80)
No entry fee is required, but please note that those who come to the venue are expected to buy a coffee or something to eat at the CAFÉ.
