The Japanese Society in Stockholm will finally organize a SHOGI CAFÉ event.
Anyone who is interested in the game of SHOGI (japanese chess) is welcome!

Mr. Ryotaro Suzuki, a Shogi enthusiast who works for the Embassy of Japan, will make a lecture-demonstration of SHOGI for beginners in English.

If you are interested in the game, but have never had the opportunity to learn the game before, do not miss this!

For those who already know how to play this game, Mr.Toshiyuki Yachi, who holds a amateur fourth-dan, and the first prize winner of this year’s Sweden Open Shogi Championship, held in Gotenburg May 5-6, will play the game with those who are willing to challenge him.

This is a chance for you to find friends and learn new skills.
