Hinamatsuri is a traditional Japanese event in March to celebrate girls\u2019 health and prosperity, with dolls of a male and a female couple in traditional Japanese clothes.<\/p>\n

This time, we will make our own dolls with materials available in Sweden. Join the event to celebrate with all the children!<\/p>\n

Date and Time: March 16th, Saturday 14:00\u221215:00\uff08Tentative)<\/p>\n

The venue opens from 13:45<\/p>\n

Place: ATELJ\u00c9 DRAKEN, \u00d6stasiatiska museet (Tyghusplan 4, Skeppsholmen, Stockholm<\/a>)<\/p>\n

All are welcome however, please note that we give priority to the children (both male and female) to participate. The participant must be able to use scissors with supervision of an adult. All materials are provided by us at thevenue, but if you have a pair of scissors that the child is more familiar with, we advise you to bring it.<\/p>\n

We take in max 20 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.<\/p>\n

For registration, please send an e-mail to japanskaforeningen@gmail.com<\/a> with a title \u201d2019HINA\u201d with information for membership number(if you are a member), names of participants, age, name of a guardian and contact information.<\/p>\n

Fee: Free of charge for members of the Japanese Association in Stockholm.<\/p>\n

20 kr material fee for non-members (payment on-site)<\/p>\n

* Please note that we do not prepare \u201dfika\u201d or drinks. You can bring your own drinks and snacks.<\/p>\n
